no delivery
I had made a purchase from ENGLAND To The USA track said delivered ? I don't know who is the Carrier into USA I am a USMC Veteran The seller answer is You are covered by Ebay E bay have Refused me & Its My Loss of about $$ 200.00 dollars I am done with Over paying Ebay to sell & or 2 buy over 12+ customer Ebay is no longer anyone I need to screw me over

If tracking indicates the item was delivered, Ebay cannot help you. Since you have access to the tracking, you DO know who the carrier was, so you can contact them to inquire about delivery. If you can get a document on their letterhead that states the item was delivered elsewhere instead of your shipping address, you can submit that to Ebay.
