Mentor2 years ago@momofmalibu Sorry that you are having trouble with your purchase. Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date or you can ask for a refund and it goes on the sellers record.
If your package is late arriving this is what you do:
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
