No Customer Service to talk to on eBay! I NEED HELP!
I posted an item for sale on eBay for the first time. However, I was not aware of S&H issues. I have tried to contact eBay to talk to someone, a CSR, or an agent, but no luck!! There's always the stupid automated system repeating itself, and there are no options to speak to anyone. Two buyers already "purchased" my item but I have no idea about S&H. I also requested a refund to the buyers without luck. I continued to receive emails about going to the website.
I had two eye surgeries gone wrong and cannot use the internet very well.
Is there anything I can do?

·1 year agoYou didn’t set up the listing for shipping. It’s set up for the buyer to pick up the item from you.
You said that you had two buyers. Do you have two of the item?
The buyer (should be only one from the way the listing looks), would have received a QR code. You would scan it when the buyer picks it up to prove the buyer received the item.
