Mentor2 years ago@bigbuyer219 Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days, they just have to make sure the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing. Sellers are not required to contact you after a purchase.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
