No contact with seller
Hi, I’ve won an item (motor scooter) and the seller is ignoring my request to arrange payment and collection. It states on the listing that it’s cash on collection. Meanwhile, eBay is pressuring me to make payment through them. I don’t have PayPal and I’m not covered by the money back guarantee. I definitely want the item but I want to stick with the pay on collection option. The seller has another item listed but the location is different from the item I’ve won. I don’t know what to do.
