No contact with seller
I ordered something for the first time on Saturday of last week. I paid for it. I got an email with confirmation, an item # and an order #. I have never heard anything. I have tried to contact the seller, but it keeps saying I have no order history or purchase history. I can’t contact the seller because I keep getting a message I have not made a purchase from them. I spent over $86 and I am very upset that I can’t get any help from EBay. Help! The seller is riseandrelishresaleboutique and without purchase history EBay will not let me email.

If you purchased the item as a guest, you cannot use your Ebay account to research the purchase.
Log out of your Ebay account and find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent. Open the email and click on "order details" to see the estimated date of delivery.
