No contact information for Ebay regarding recent sale
How to I communicate with ebay customer service. No Phone # and No email address available to explain I was double charged for shipping on a recent sale.
The AI system will not connect with representative.

Mentor1 month ago@wilchad95 If were charged twice for a shipping label then you will have TWO tracking numbers. You need to cancel the shipping label that was not used.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

Note, eBay Standard Envelope shipping labels can not be canceled
