No contact from seller
I recently won an item and the listing clearly states “cash on collection “. However, I’ve tried several times to contact the seller to arrange collection and payment but they are ignoring all my messages. In the meantime, eBay are pushing me to send full payment. The seller has other items listed for sale but the location is different from the item I’ve won. I don’t have PayPal.

Mentor1 year ago@dandanfrank I wanted to clarify that while a seller can list with Cash on collection the problem is that it doesn't work if the item is being sold to a buyer in a state that requires eBay to collect and remit sales tax.
You don't need PayPal to make a purchase on eBay. You can pay using one of these methods at checkout. Most buyers use a debit or credit card>

If the listing says Cash on Collection, you’re not required to pay online. eBay may still show prompts to pay, but you can ignore them. Since the seller isn’t responding, report the issue here:

Just choose the item and click “Report a problem.†eBay will step in if needed.
