No communication from seller before and after a purchased item listing ends
I communicated with a seller concerning an item. NO REPLY from the seller (prior to and after the listing ended)..I purchased the item but refuse to pay until communication is established.

Sellers are not actually required to reply to messages, though many sellers will do so as a matter of good customer service. If you had a question, you should have asked and waited for a reply before committing to the purchase.
If you refuse to pay, after four days the seller is entitled to cancel for nonpayment, earning your account a nonpayment strike. Two such strikes within a year can prevent you from purchasing from many sellers that choose not to do business with nonpaying buyers.

OP7 months agoSeller eventually CANCELLED the auction after saying I needed "patience". My reply to him was "treat your seller account like a business where customers are informed and treated fairly. Good communication is a key factor". Anyway, it's no biggie as I found something later that's much more acceptable.
