No communication from customer.
the customer picked up the item at our store. the unit developed a oil leak. I have offered a refund or to repair it. He said he wants a refund. I have offered to meet him at a half way point location so I can get the item back to make it a little easer. he lives around 50 miles away. It's small equipment and would need to be trucked. I have not heard anything back from him. i am not getting any communication from him. if the 15 days run out do i get paid.

You get paid as long as the item was delivered.

OP1 week agoYes, Funs a on hold till 10/15. He has till that time to return it. I have accepted his return but no communication to get the equipment back. I cannot send a shipping label. it's to big for UPS. plus he did a local pick up.

Mentor1 week agoThe ball is in the buyer's court then. He has until that time to return it or the return closes in your favor. The funds will remain on hold until then.
