No "combined shipping" option from Seller

Question

Contacted seller and he said another buyer submitted an order for 11 items with "combined shipping".

I am trying to purchase the same items but in the cart, there is no "combined shipping" option to select.

In my cart I have items from another seller that has the "combined shipping" option.

Seller said I (buyer) had to set up to get combined shipping.

How does a buyer set up combined shipping ?

It is not something the buyer does - it is the seller that must set up combined shipping. Message your seller and tell him to come here and ask for instructions if he does not know how to set it up.
