This account doesn't show any recent sales. In general though, if you offered local pick up in the listing and that's the option the Buyer selected, eBay would send the Buyer the QR code, plus a six-digit code you can enter manually into the transaction.
The six-digit code might be sent to the Buyer's personal email account connected with their eBay account. They should also check that account's spam folder.

Then you eBay should have sent you a six-digit code for the Seller to enter into the transaction manually.
