No button on the drop-down menu to send a refund
Im trying to send a buyer a refund, the transaction is about 30 days old. When I click on the drop-down menu there is about 7 choices but sending a refund is not one of them

Mentor1 year agoIf the transaction is more than 30 days old you will not be able to use ebay to refund the buyer. You can try using Paypal if you have the buyer's Paypal email address.
