no bid buy options on pages

There are no bid buy options appearing on seller pages on my desktop anymore as of today. I keep getting an popup about getting the phone app. I want to use the desktop. I don't know what's going on.

The pages straightened out a few minutes later. I don't think I did anything, guess it was just a brief kink.

Any difference if you try a different browser?
