No bank account anymore
I don't have my bank account anymore, so I'm going to stop selling ASAP. I'm going to remove whatever I have left on my page. Can you please send the remainder of my pay-out to my PayPal account.

I am sorry to tell you but eBay can't do that. The payout MUST go to a linked checking account. You will need to add a new checking account to receive your payout.
This is how changing bank accounts SHOULD work:
Here's how to change bank accounts and if you have any problems you can contact eBay customer service for help from #3
#1 First make sure your name and address on your eBay account match your new bank account exactly:

#2 Next try this: Go to your payments page and select Add Payment option.
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Then select add bank account and add the new account. Then if the old account is not automatically deleted you will need to delete it.

#3 If you still can not change banks then you will need to contact eBay customer service for help from the bottom of this page:

Select CONTACT US then type AGENT in the chat box on the lower right to chat with or request a call back from a live eBay customer service agent.
