Mentor8 months ago@da_687112 You do not need to contact customer service for this issue. This type of problem is handled by filing a eBay Money Back Guarantee refund request. An agent can not extend the 30 day from the last estimated delivery date time limit.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
