No answer from the seller - what should be the expectation?

I bought a power steam mop that was used. I received it and tried to use, but it is leaking water and doesn't steam. I sent a message to the seller on Saturday, but still have not heard back.

Many sellers do not work on the weekend, so I would wait until tomorrow, but even if you hear form him, you want to open a return so eBay can help if there is an issue getting your refund,

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
