No AMEX
If eBay stops accepting AMEX in August, I will stop all activity with eBay and move over to FaceBook Marketplace & Craigslist. I hope others will too.

You can still use your American Express card to pay for your Ebay purchases.
Attach your AmEx card to your Paypal account as the default source, then when you purchase on Ebay choose Paypal to process your payment.
