NO ACTIVITY ON SCREEN WITH SOUND NOTIFICATIONS
I have tried everything I know how to get a REAL PERSON to talk with. I'm an 8 year veteran with nearly $500,000 in sales and I have navigated my fingers off trying to get out of "boxes" that have NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ISSUE, therefore I need to speak to an eBay CS rep.
My sounders are going off like crazy but for nearly two weeks, NO NEW MESSAGES OR SALES SHOW ON ANY OF MY DEVICES.
What to do ????? FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF.

Mentor2 years agoI am assuming you have already used a desktop browser to go through your Communication Preferences and you have unchecked all the options you do not want to see. Messages and sales on eBay are not the only events that can cause notifications. Step one should be to determine which events are causing the notifications you are receiving, and step two is figuring out how to separate those from the notifications you do want to receive.
You may be better off pursuing help here on the community forum pages rather than trying to contact eBay customer service about this sort of issue. Experienced sellers that are familiar with how eBay actually works in practice can likely offer much better suggestions than someone reading from a script over the phone.
Posting on the Selling board, and including a description of which notifications you want to receive and which you want to avoid can help elicit some suggestions of things you can do.
