no activation code for software purchased
Need live technical support. Purchased software and installed it, but it asked for an activation code to which I never received. I contacted the seller to no avail and now I need help from you. Your computer help is of no use as my question is of a technical matter and your help pages does not cover my problem. Thanks for any help.

·1 year agoeBay does not provide technical support for items that you purchase, and neither can the Volunteer Community Mentors on this forum. If your seller is not willing to help and the item you purchased was not as advertised, you can open a return request.
