No accountability for Authenticator errors
Sold a pair of shoes that failed authentication because the shoes weren’t “New†as stated in the listing. Only problem is that I did not list as new! It was clearly listed as Pre-owned. Called eBay they couldn’t do anything about it, even if it was an error by the Authenticator. I then tried messaging buyer to give him an update and a reason why shoes were being returned and eBay blocks you from contacting buyers who made purchase using Authenticity Guarantee! So now I look like the a-hole that tried selling fake, or not as described shoes, when in reality it was an error on their end. The Authenticity Guarentee program is a joke!!
