No access to customer service
Hello recently i came across with the situation which quite inexplainable i want to connect with customer service but when i want to chat with automated assistant ~type here~ button is unclickable i am not able to press the button in order to contact...
Send email button is also unclickable

OP11 months agoThanks for your response. I would like to highlight that all ebay users in my country normally use chat area to connect with the customer service. Actually the chat was available but the problem occurred two days ago. I assume it is a technical issue. If anyone knows common ebay mail for solving that issue please feel free to share it. I am not able to send email because via customer service. Thanks for your time and effort.
