Nightmare of a Problem due to ebay autochanging my zip code for another zip code & can't get item !
I need to speak to a live ebay agent ?
Ebay sent my pack to one town because I live in a rural area. Working days didn't allow me to pick it up until week later. Went to pick up my package at my local post office, they told me it was sent to next town. I called post office, in that town saying they shipped it back to the sender. The sender refunded me the money on my card already when ALL I wanted to occur was resend it to me, at the local post office. Getting a LIVE person on ebay customer help told me to rebid on the item. SO I rebid on the item but it was $ 45.00 for the bid, NOT $ 60.00 dollars as my original bid was, the ebay system wouldn't allow me to post any higher amount than $ 45.00.
Ebay automatically changed the zip code causing one nightmare for me
I bid on the item a second time as they advised but can't give any higher amount.
Computers are great when they work but when they are programmed in correctly cause nightmares like find myself in and can't speak to a live ebay agent ? PLEASE HELP ???
