NIB vacuum died after using for 90 days
S9+ roomba vacuum died after 90 days of purchase. Roomba says the mother board is broken and not fixable, the vacuum needs to be replaced. Since the seller was not an authorized dealer, Roomba cannot replace it. Im out $600. I reached out to the seller... is there any kind of guarantee within eBay for buyer protection?

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay's money back guaranty is only for 30 days from receipt of the item so they cannot help you. Check with your payment source to see if they can do a charge back. There is a time limit for this that will depend on your payment source.
