Next step for an item a buyer did not return despite me sending a label
A buyer was unhappy with a pair of shoes she bought from me (even though they were beautiful, never worn, looked new). I agreed to a return even though I don't accept them in order to not have conflict, and figured I could sell them to somebody else as they are very nice. I issued a return label through ebay on Feb. 10th. She had until today, 3/4/26 to return them. She claimed the label on Feb. 10th, but they still have not been dropped off at the post office as of today, so how do I get this case to close since she missed the window and must have decided either not to return them, or...who knows.

If the buyer didn't return them in the time frame allotted, you can ask eBay to Step In. You may have to wait until tomorrow.
