Newly purchased gift card not working. Only has 11 numbers.
I scratched off a new gift card yesterday and it only has 11 numbers. Supposed to be 13. When I try to use it, it just says “looks like that’s the wrong codeâ€. I’ve been trying all day to resolve this but the digital assistant is doing nothing. Is there a way to speak to an actual person?

Mentor2 years agoTake the card and receipt back to the retail store. They need to refund you or exchange it for a card that has 13 digits in the redemption code.
