Newly created developer account immediately shows "Developer account is suspended"

Hi,
I recently registered for the eBay Developers Program using a Gmail address. I never managed to log in successfully. When I try to sign in or request a one-time PIN, the page shows "Developer account is suspended".
What I have tried so far:
- Requesting the one-time PIN (shows the suspended message)
- Password reset (no email received)
- Checking spam/junk folder (nothing from eBay Developer)
I cannot open a support case because that requires being logged in, which is exactly what is blocked.
I am an active commercial seller on eBay.de and only want read access to my own selling data (Analytics and Inventory) for a private tool. No third-party user data involved.
Could someone from eBay Developer Support please check the status of this account? I am happy to provide the registered email address privately.
