Newer to Selling on ebay
I shipped something to a buyer and it appears it is stuck in transit but needs to be recovered. The buyer wants a refund now, but USPS has told me to wait 3 days for the final review. The buyer says they told him it was lost. What is the recommendation? If it still gets delivered to him I am out the product and the money if I refund.
