New Without Taqs
I have bought a lot of item that say New Without Tags, then when I receive them it is clearly not a new item. It has been washed and worn. You can still smell the detergent or perfume they use. I guess I am just done buying on Ebay. Thanks for listening.

If you purchased something from an individual Seller on eBay and it is not as shown in the listing, you are protected by the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
You can open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay within 30 days of delivery. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's no return policy.
