I made an offer, the buyer countered, I countered, and they accepted. After accepting, they sent me a message stating that the item better be new and that people sell items as new when they're used. I'm now wondering if I should cancel the sale, in fear of the buyer being very unhappy and opening a claim or leaving negative feedback. There's nothing but my word and the photos to prove they are new.
