New with box my a$$
Well here's another one. Ordered only because the listing said NEW with BOX! Paid over $10 in shipping only to receive a very small bag containing my item. (baby shoes) I have messaged the seller and eBay several times with no satisfaction. Now I am stuck with baby shoes that were supposed to be a gift. Cant give them without the box!

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

OP3 years agoYes, I have tried contacting the seller only to get the response, "I didn't know you wanted the box". I have also contacted Ebay only to have them tell me the case was considered closed because the seller was able to show the item was shipped and received and no refund would be authorized. I did file the appeal to that but have not heard anything yet. I only want what I purchased, not a refund. UGH! Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoIt sounds like you filed an Item Not Received case, which you lost because the seller can show tracking stated Delivered. You should have filed an Item Not as Described.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
