Question

What is happening? My device wonâ€™t accept the IOS17 and the website is unreadable.
Is eBay customer services contactable by phone? When I tried to wait for a return call, the drop down box lists USA or Canada only. I have wasted hours today trying to sort this out with no success.
I am very disappointed with eBay, I believe they need to sort this so called new format asap

If your device will not allow you to update to iOS 17 or later, and you cannot or do not wish to upgrade to a newer device, then you should still be able to use ebay.co.uk in a browser, I believe. If you cannot do that for some reason, then yes, use the methods @lady_madonna described to contact eBay support and let them know.

This is the Ebay U.S. site. Since you are located in the U.K., you will need to use the Ebay U.K. site to seek assistance. Sign out of the Ebay U.S. site, sign back in to the Ebay U.K. site:
