"New US LLC Seller Account Temporarily Restricted - Need Help with Verification"
Hello eBay for Business Support Team,
I hope you're doing well. My name is MEHERAJ HOSSAIN OMI, and I recently opened a new business seller account on eBay using my US-registered LLC (Company Name: GOLDAR LLC).
My account is currently temporarily restricted from selling, and I received an email/notification saying: "We wanted to let you know that you have been temporarily restricted from selling... Please get in touch... to verify your account."
I have been trying to contact support through the "Help & Contact" page, but I only reach the automated bot and cannot connect to a live agent (even after typing "agent" or "speak to representative"). I've tried multiple times on different days, but no luck.
Could you please assist me in one of the following ways:
1. Guide me on how to reach a live agent for verification.
2. Provide a direct way to submit verification documents (I have my LLC documents, EIN letter, bank details, and ID ready).
3. Escalate my case to the appropriate team.
I'm a legitimate seller based outside the US and eager to start selling properly on eBay. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
