New to selling, I don't see the "eBay standard envelope" as an option to select for seller pays ship

Question

How do I select the option to use "eBay standard envelope" for my listing where I intend seller pays shipping?

While an item might seem suitable for eBay's envelope, the label is limited to only a few categories. You must be listing in a category that supports the eBay Standard Envelope, and then choose dimensions that are envelope sized (like 7x4x1) and a weight that is 3 ounces or less.
