New to Selling- delivery help
So it was my first ebay order or shipping anything ever. My first order was 5 different items bought individually so 5 different tracking labels. To save money on the boxes, i put all the items in one box and used just one label. My order overview says that the item that I used the one label for is delivered, but the other 4 items not and the funds are on hold. I added the tracking number in on seller hub for the one label on all 5 items. When I click the tracking number it says that they were delivered. I'm not sure if this makes sense.

For future combined shipping orders I recommend using Bulk Label Printing. This way the tracking is automatically uploaded to all items in the order.
When you print the shipping label select all items and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.

If you recently added the correct tracking number to the other 4 items, you will just need to wait a day or so for the system to catch up, then your money will get processed.
It's best to add the tracking number right away when you ship the item.
