New to Selling and getting offers and no payment

Question

I am new to selling and I am getting offers and I accept but I don't get a payment. How can you tell if the offers are not some type of fraud.

There is an option in your buyer requirements that would force a buyer to have a payment method on file before they bid on an auction or make a Best Offer:

Scroll to Buyer Payment Requirements and check off both items (auction and BO)

While you are there, you can block buyers from your listings who have 2 or more non-payment strikes in 12 months

Check off "block buyers who caused" - Select "2" cancellations within - Select "12"
