I am wondering if it is possible to sell blank note cards or rather request a donation of $25 for 8 cards and envelopes with 4 different designs painted by senior citizens to help pay for their legal fees incurred by a ruthless large investor group trying to raise ground rent to $963 over and above what they are already paying. They own their manufactured homes and this would increase the fee just to park their homes to almost $2000 a month. All of the $25 would go to their legal fund. Any ideas, thoughts, or rules that prohibit this? They have gone through arbitration twice in the last 3 years and now appeal. Just trying to save their homes. Thank you!
