New to eBay as of November 2023.

Question

Why are people purchasing my items that have new accounts? I thought there was a block on my account to where if they have less than a five rating, I do not have to sell to them. And does anybody have the phone number for eBay that they can answer versus the automated system? Iâ€™ve tried looking this up on the Health page and I canâ€™t find any info on it

@yayasgottogo You can't block new members, everyone starts at zero. You can only limit the NUMBER of items a new member can buy from you in 10 days.

I recommend using Buy It Now immediate Payment Required on your listings AND turning on the requirement for buyers to provide a payment prior to making an offer.
