New to ebay
Lady bought two items for me I put both of them in the same box shipped them out one saying that she received it. We don’t know how to make it to the other one says that she’s received it

Mentor5 months agoIn the future, this is how you combine items to one buyer:
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate both items. Click the box in front of each one. Click the SHIPPING tab at the top, click to PRINT labels. On the next screen, enter the weight and dimensions of the package, pay and print the label.
For now, you can go to the second item, click the 3 dots, click Mark as shipped. ebay may not send the payout for this item for 31 days since you do not have a tracking number entered.
