New to eBay
I sold an item internationally, tracking showed that eBay’s international received it, then sent it on to buyer, item didn’t arrive so buyer disputed, I appealed and stated that I had no control over it as they received and sent on. Now eBay has charged me funds, my product is gone and I don’t know what to do.
