I am new to E bay and not sure of a few things. If I am losing the bid can I bid on another Item? I don't want to be charged twice for a product I found cheaper.

Never bid on another similar item ever if you been out bid there still a chance that you may be high bidder a bidder may retract their bid , a seller may cancel a bid or eBay can withdraw the bidder.
