New to add anew tracking number to shipment
My first shipping label for this order is bad in the post office canceled it by scanning and calling it delivered. I bought and shipped it directly with USPS but now I need to add the new tracking number on this order that is now showing "delivered."
Trying to mark as "not shipped" but the order isn't updating.

Mentor1 year agoGo to the Paid & shipped order. Click the EDIT link and type in the new tracking number. You will not be able to make any changes to the old number.
