    New shipping cost
                     
             

    How did my shipping cost for an 8 Oz. 9 x 12 envelope go from $6.55 to $8.75??  That is over 33% increase.  Is the ebay calculator quoting incorrect shipping cost with the July 13, 2025 USPS increase ?
