Ask the seller if they will please cancel the sale as problem with the buyers address. The seller refunds you and relists so you purchase again and put in the correct address at checkout.
The seller is not required to cancel the sale for you.
The seller is REQUIRED by eBay to ONLY ship to the address you provided at checkout and it can not be edited without the steps I mentioned above.
