new seller with some kind of account block

Question

listing an items it tells me to contact the "customer support agent' but the stupid thing won't even respond. anyone have actual ideas other than generic and unhelpful articles that don't address the question.

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

so this platform has literally no useful support, then? so i can upload my DL, associate credit cards and bank accounts, do literally nothing wrong, get an account level block for no reason other than no reason, be told by the platform to contact support, have that support be actual trash, and receive no help? go it. lol. man I was going to do some high volume here. guess i'll go somewhere bc this crap is actually ridiculous.
