New seller with question about re-sending an item

I shipped a shirt to someone and just got a message from them that their leasing office had their mailbox marked as vacant and now the USPS is returning the shirt to me but he still wants it to be re-sent. Do I have to buy another label, reprint the original label or just put it back in the mail as is? I have no clue what to do. I do not want to pay to ship it back as it was not my error.

If the buyer still wants the item, s/he will have to repay to reship. Send the buyer your Paypal eMail address and s/he can use the SEND MONEY option on Paypal. When you get the shipping money, you can go to the order and select PRINT ANOTHER LABEL. Edit the address as needed.
