Yep. So you need 90 days of good rapport selling a justifiable guideline worth of things is something I don't have. What can I sell that is easy and able to earn myself a good reputation as fast as possible?

@cpenn10022 What to sell is the question every seller has to answer for themselves. In general sell what you know. eBay has made this policy to help make the market place safe, I understand that is frustrating as a new seller.

What is the policy?
