New Seller – Unable to List Diamond Jewelry (High-Risk Category Restriction)
Hi everyone,
I am a new seller on eBay and I am trying to list Lab diamond jewelry (14K gold). However, I am getting a restriction message saying I cannot list in a high-risk category because I don’t have a dedicated account manager.
I would like to ask:
Has anyone faced this issue before?
How can I get approval to list in this category?
Is there any way to request manual review or unlock this restriction?
I am ready to complete any verification required.
Any guidance would be really helpful.
