new seller, ship International
I'm a new seller and have not sold anything yet. I received a message from an interested international buyer asking to allow international postage. Can I do that as a new seller, and how would I go about setting it up?

"Before you can sell internationally, you'll need to:
- Have earned at least 10 feedback points as a seller
- Have made your first successful sale more than 90 days ago
I do not meet these requirements and would be sad to lose the sale. Any help would be appreciated.
