New seller question

Question

New to selling sportscards on eBay, about 5 weeks now. I had 4 cards never show up to the buyer and now my account is locked and going through verification process. I have resolved all issues over a week ago and not really getting any help from eBay. How long does this take?

Did you refund the buyer promptly or did eBay end up taking the refund from your account?

Always resolve case yourself.

4 cases is lot

I don't know how long it will take or if they will allow you to sell again.
